Charlotte J. Harsh, age 81, of Louisville, passed away Sunday, November 26, 2017. She was born January 17, 1936 to the late William and Hazel Noland. She was a member of Paradise United Church of Christ. Charlotte is survived by her husband of 51 years, Gene Harsh, three daughters, Melissa Ivancic, Kimberly (Mark) Brahler, Jean Harsh, a son, James Lewis, three sisters, two brothers, seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
