Betty A. Carper, age 90 of Louisville, Oh, passed away Thursday, August 10, 2017.  She was born February 17, 1927 in East Sparta, Ohio to the late Homer and Manilla (Levengood) Garner.  She was a homemaker for most of her life.

Besides her parents, Betty was preceded in death by three brothers, Jay, Bill and Dale Garner.  She is survived by her Husband Merlin Carper; her sister, Doris Clinger; her brother Vern Garner, along with many nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be 2pm Monday in Stier-Israel Funeral Home in Louisville with Rev. Ralph Gibson officiating.  Calling hours will be one hour prior to the funeral service.  Burial will be in Union Cemetery.  Online Condolence may be made at www.stierisraelfuneralhome.com
