Billie Sue Gaddis

Billie Sue Gaddis, age 79, of Louisville, OH passed away Thursday, April 26, 2018. She was born January 31, 1939 in Canton, OH to the late William and Mary Marguerite (Lane) Schwindling. Sue was a 1957 graduate of Canton South High School. She was retired from the Beacon Title Agency in Canton. She was a member of the Louisville Eagles, American Legion and VFW. Sue loved to travel, gamble, play bingo and euchre and spend time with her beloved dog, Mitzi.  

Sue was also preceded in death by her husband, Robert Gaddis in 2009, three sisters, Lillian Coy, Mary Sills and Lottie Mae Schwindling. She is survived by a daughter, Kathy Marchand, a son, Thomas Briggs, five grandchildren, Melinda, Thomas, Corey, Allison and Alexander, four great-grandchildren, Louis, Aiden, Jack and Olivia, five step-children, Nancy (Alan) Reichlin, Robert (Alice) Gaddis, Terri (Richard) Hoffer, Larry (Joyce) Gaddis, Danny (Brenda) Gaddis, and many step grandchildren and step great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 11am Monday at Stier-Israel Funeral Home in Louisville with Rev. Rick Brown officiating. Calling hours will be 2-4 pm Sunday at the funeral home.
