Norma was a very special friend whom we got to know and love through church activities at the Wooster Methodist Church.
She helped form our Mary Martha Circle, and we had many fun times and laughs with crazy skits for the church talent show. Our Christmas Caroling wasn't great, but we spread a lot of cheer! She was a huge support and hard worker at any tasks we attempted. So many happy memories of times with Norma we will cherish....

My thoughts and prayers are with you at the passing of Norma. I only knew her from Metzger's, but every time I had a question as to how to do something; she had the answer. She was so pleasant and helpful that I always remembered her. She seemed to be a woman who knew how to take nothing and turn it into something. Blessings to the family.

Aunt Norma was quite a zany lady, I still remember Bob & I going with her to Put-in-Bay for the day on the Jet Express and then walking up the hill to the winery and Crystal Cavern. She is now at peace. Love & Prayers to Mike & Kim and their families

Dearest Kim,
Your mom's picture says everything--she obviously was joyful, kind, and giving--plus, she certainly raised a very sensitive, intelligent, and witty daughter.

May you find consolation in knowing that your mother led a full and committed life, active in community and church activities. I share your sorrow, and as always, extend my friendship. When you and Pete feel up to it, please come over.

Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers,
Valerie

Kim,
I was saddened by the news of your Mother's passing. I remember the stories we've shared with each other about the joys and sorrows, the ups and the downs of walking alongside our mothers as they grew older. Now memories will replace, the phone calls, visits, and times together. It is my hope that the memories are sweet and will carry you through as you mourn your loss.

You and your family will get through this tough time period. Each person will mourn in their own way but if you put your trust in Jesus Christ..."weeping may endure for a night but joy comes in the morning" (Psalm 30:5)

Death is a natural part of life and God is sovereign and makes no mistakes. Those who put their trust in the Lord Jesus Christ though they die will live again. That is the gift of Christ.

Please let me know if there is anything I can do for you.

Warmly,

Karen Alsbrooks
