Victor “Skip” Swihart, age 68, of Louisville, OH passed away Monday, January 15, 2018. He was born April 4, 1949 in Canton, OH to the late Robert and Neadra Swihart. Skip was retired from the Timken Co. after 35 years of service. He was an Army Veteran, serving in Vietnam. He was a former member of the East Canton Church of God and currently attending the Doers of the Word Baptist Church. He was a former member of the Louisville Lions Club and a Pro Life Advocate.

Skip is survived by his wife of 43 years, Martha (Morgan) Swihart, a son, Mark (Bridget) Swihart, daughter, April (Michael) Wright, three grandchildren, Logan, Morgan and Eli. Besides his parents, Victor was preceded in death by a grandchild, Landan, two brothers and one sister.

Funeral services will be 11am Saturday at Stier-Israel Funeral Home in Louisville with Pastor Greg Smith officiating. Calling hours will be 10-11am Saturday morning at the funeral home. Burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Garden. Online condolences may be left at www.stierisraelfuneralhome.com
