Albert Hafner, age 83, of Louisville, formerly of Akron, passed away Wednesday, January 5, 2022. He was born in Hungary, May 15, 1938 to the late Peter and Anna (Miller) Hafner. Albert was retired from RCA Rubber and was an Army Veteran. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed hunting, the outdoors and gardening.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Peter. He is survived by a daughter, Debbie (Charlie) Edmisten, Jr; a son, David (Shirl) Hafner; seven grandchildren, Charles (Taylor) Edmisten, III, Benjamin (Ellen) Edmisten, Sierra (Joseph) Snode, Conrad Edmisten, Meghan (Charlie) Hill, Ian (Whitney) Hafner and Emily Hafner; ten great grandchildren, Charles IV, Josette, Iona, Damian, Calvin, Cambridge, Landon, Elliot, Davis and Charlene.
