Bobby L. Courtney

Bobby Courtney, age 34, of East Canton, OH passed away Saturday, October 21, 2023 in his home. He was born June 10, 1989 in Alliance, OH. Bobby was a member of the Alliance Baptist Temple and the Buckeye Freedom Jeep Club. He loved building and running RC Cars and caring for his many animals.

Bobby is survived by his wife, Katie (Karahuta) Courtney; his son, Asher J. Courtney; his father, Bob (Fiancé-Emmalou) Courtney II; his mother, Jessica (Brandon) Davis; his grandmothers, Glenda (Gene) Schneider and Louise Courtney; a sister, Kerrie Miller; a brother, Tony (Courtney) Courtney; his father and mother-in-law, Mike and Jodi Karahuta; and a number of beloved aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. He was preceded in death by a sister, Frankie Jo Collins; his grandfathers, Carl Mauck and Bob Courtney.

The family will receive friends from 5-7pm Thursday evening at Stier-Israel Funeral Home in Louisville. A private family service will be held immediately after calling hours.
