Dale "Jake" Crowl

Dale “Jake” Crowl, age 79, of Akron, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Sunday, May 16, 2021.

Born June 8, 1941 in Rodgers, Ohio; he was the son of Thomas and Pauline (Clark) Crowl.

Jake retired in 2011 from Stroup and Sons; was a member of Temple Baptist Church in Green; he enjoyed mowing yards for people and helping others in various ways; he loved working on cars with his best buddy, Randy.

Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Marie A. (Philips); daughter Tina (Mike) Dunn; and sisters, JoAnn Ludt and Susan Steeves.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandson, Cody; grand-daughter, Jessica; and brothers: Donald, Sonny, and Pete.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, May 21, 2021 at 11:00AM at Temple Baptist Church, 1212 Greensburg Rd. (Green) Uniontown, Ohio, 44685, with Pastor Glenn Rogers, Jr. officiating; calling hours will take place one hour prior to the service at the church.  Burial will take place at the Clinton Cemetery.
