Donald L. Griffith

Donald L. Griffith, age 85, of Louisville, OH passed away peacefully on Monday, May 4, 2020 in his home. He was born June 2, 1934 in Canton, OH to the late Ralph and Mildred (Kidd) Griffith. Don attended Christ United Methodist Church. He worked 28 years for the Dyneer Corp. in Canton and then retired from the Joseph A. Jeffries Co.

Don is survived by his wife of 64 years, Marcia (Teach) Griffith; a daughter, Christine (Robert) Shannon; four sons, Donald S, Timothy (Janice), Curtis, and Scott Griffith; four sisters, Thelma Stockberger, Glenna Wyatt, Evelyn Hufler, Teresa Archer; two brothers, Wilbur and Stanley Griffith; 15 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. He was also preceded in death by two sisters and six brothers.

A private family service will be Friday at Stier-Israel Funeral in Louisville with Pastor Larry Hinkle officiating. Don will be laid to rest in Union Cemetery, Louisville, OH.
