Gloria Ann (Yoder) Fausneaucht

Gloria, age 89, a life-long resident of Louisville, completed her earthly journey January 16th in her home surrounded by family, and is now in the presence of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Born October 24, 1934 to the late Russell and Lola Yoder, she graduated from Louisville High School in 1952.  Gloria was proceeded in death by Clyde Fausneaucht whom she married in October 1954.  Together they ministered to residents of local rest homes for over 40 years. She also shared her musical talents as a church pianist throughout her life, including her current church at First Baptist Church in Louisville.  Gloria enjoyed jigsaw puzzles, walking and gardening. 

Gloria is survived by her 6 children, Scott (Debbie) Fausneaucht of Norton, Rochelle Fausneaucht of Louisville, Charlotte (Stanley) Gassman of Paris, Lee (Lacey) Fausneaucht of Jackson MI, Paul Fausneaucht of Raleigh,NC and Carolyn ( Ben) Hartley of Navarre. She will be dearly missed by her 12 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren, as well as her brothers Richard (Jean) Yoder, Wilbur (Katherine) Yoder and many nieces and nephews.  She was also proceeded in death by grandchildren, Amanda and Ryan Gassman, and her brother and his wife, Forest and Ruth Yoder. 

Funeral services will be at Stier-Israel Funeral Home on Monday Jan.22 at 11 A.M. with Pastor Ron Mayberry officiating. Friends and family may also call on Sunday Jan 21 from 3-5 pm and 1 hour prior to funeral services Monday morning.
