James Zwick Obituary

James Lee Zwick, age 78, of Alliance, OH passed away Tuesday, March 1, 2022. He was born November 5, 1943 in Canton, OH to the late Francis and Clara (Sharpneck) Zwick. Jim was a retired superintendent with Hammond Construction. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Maximo, F.O.E. #2374 and the VFW #3747.

Jim is survived by his wife Frances Zwick; his daughter, Milissa Lawrence; his son, Craig (Melanie) Zwick; a brother, Ernie (Marilynn) Zwick; sister-in-law, Joan Zwick; three grandsons, Parker and Evan Lawrence, Justin Zwick and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother, Francis Zwick, Jr.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10am Monday at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Maximo with Fr. G. David Weikart as Celebrant. Calling hours will be 9-10am Monday morning at the church. Jim will be laid to rest in the Parish Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to St. Joseph Church, 12055 Easton St. NE, Alliance, OH 44601.
