John W. “Wayne” Edwards

John W. “Wayne” Edwards, age 86, of Louisville, passed away on Saturday, April 30, 2022.

Born October 29, 1935, he was the son of Earl and Sylvia (Williams) Edwards.

Wayne suffered from Polio in his younger years, but despite the challenge that it imposed upon his mobility, he worked for as many years as he could.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister and brother-in-law, Shirley and Earl Taylor, and his life-time partner Ingrid Raleigh.  He is survived by his brother and sister-in-law James and Dorothy Edwards, as well as several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services were held at Sunset Hills Memory Gardens.
