Judith Kagey, age 79 of Louisville, OH, passed away on February 4, 2021. She is preceded in death by her parents, Pete and Martha Bleta. Judy is survived by her husband of 58 years, Joel Kagey; children, Jodi (Todd) Van Zant and Shane Kagey; also, the loves of her life her grandchildren, Paige (Luke) Schmidt, Kassidy Kagey, Gavin and Fallon Van Zant and her sister, Carole Graening.
