Kimberly Renee Ternay, age 45, of Louisville, OH passed away Wednesday, February 14, 2024. She was born February 28, 1978 in Canton, OH. Kim was a graduate of Louisville High School and she was currently employed at Giant Eagle in Louisville.

Kim is survived by her mother, Bonnie Phillips; her daughter, Morgan Plavka; two sons, Darian and Glenn Plavka; a brother, Mitchell Phillips and three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, Donald Phillips.
