Kristina Schaaf

Kristina Schaaf, 64, of Cuyahoga Falls, passed away on September 11th 2020 in Canton Ohio.

Kristina was born in Wittier California to John Thomas Schaaf and Josephine Burke-Schaaf-Prevost on February 2nd 1956. She went to school at Immaculate Heart of Mary and graduated from Cuyahoga Falls High school. She worked at The University of Akron IT help desk with many proud years of exemplary service. She had fond memories of being a Cuyahoga Falls Tigers cheerleader in her youth and was involved with multiple hobbies, including antique collecting, stained glass making and multiple types of crafts throughout the years. 

Kristina was preceded in death by John Thomas Schaaf Sr., Michael Schaaf, John Thomas Schaaf Jr., Robert Schaaf and Josephine Prevost (Alfred Prevost).

Kristina is survived by her 3 children Aaron Goldsmith (Michele Goldsmith) Meagan Goldsmith (John Tolson) Emily Joseph (Bradley Joseph) her 2 grandchildren Jonas Tolson and Dorian Tolson and loved by many in her extended family including, the McDonald’s, Bisheimer’s, and Kirkbaumer’s.

A Burial and memorial will be held at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery in Akron, OH on Friday September 18th 2020 at 11 am.
