"Together Again"

Marcella L. Baughman, age 90, lifelong resident of Louisville, OH passed away peacefully on Monday, January 8, 2024 with her family by her side, after a long hard-fought battle with Alzheimer’s. She was born March 12, 1933 in Canton, OH to the late Max and Gertrude Haines. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, William “Bucket” Baughman in 2008; four brothers, Art, Tom, Paul and Dick Haines. Marcella is survived by two sons, William (Bethann) and Brian (Kristine) Baughman; step-sister, Dolores Jean Moser; grandchildren, Jessica Baughman and Brian Baughman Jr and five great-grandchildren. Marcella loved her family, especially her grandchildren. She never met a stranger and would always make anyone she was with Smile.

Funeral services will be 11am Friday at Stier-Israel Funeral Home in Louisville. Calling hours will be 4-6pm Thursday evening at the funeral home. Marcella will be laid to rest, beside her husband, in Union Cemetery, Louisville, OH. In lieu of flowers, the family would like memorial donations made to the Alzheimer’s Assoc.
