Margaret "Peg" Ann (Lynch) Barth

Margaret “Peg” A. Barth, age 79, of Louisville, OH passed away Saturday, September 30, 2023. She was born October 6, 1943 in Canton, OH to the late Francis and Alice (Dome) Lynch. Peg graduated from Central Catholic High School in 1961. She was retired from Ohio Bell and was one of the first female Central Office Repairmen in the area. She was an active member of St. Louis Catholic Church, the Louisville Town and Country Garden Club, Hall of Fame Bead Guild and the Ohio Daylily Society. She also was a volunteer for the Girl Scouts, the Louisville High School Band Boosters and the Canton Bluecoats. She was well known for her skills as a seamstress and was very proud of her accomplishments in sewing.
Peg is survived by her husband of 51 years, Bruce Barth; her daughter, Rebecca (Chris Middendorf) Barth; her son, Kevin Barth and two granddaughters, Monika and Madeleine. She was also preceded in death by three sisters and a brother.
A mass of Christian Burial will be 10am Tuesday (10/10/23) at St. Louis Catholic Church in Louisville with Fr. Matthew Humerickhouse as Celebrant. The family will receive friends from 9-10am Tuesday morning at the church. Peg will be laid to rest in Calvary Cemetery.
