Marjorie J. Davies, age 94, of Louisville, OH passed away peacefully, in her daughters’ home, on Thursday, August 26, 2021. She was born in Canton, OH on April 13, 1927. Marjorie was a member of the Louisville American Legion #548 Lady’s Auxiliary and the DAVA Alliance 50.

She is survived by two daughters, Debby (Steve) Fischer of Oregon and Denise (Jeff) Proffitt of Louisville; two grandchildren, Matt (Leah) Fischer and Heather Fischer. Marjorie was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Davies; her father, James McGranahan; her mother, Olive (Stackhouse) McGranahan/Wetzel and her sister, Dolly Hess.

A private family graveside service will be held at Fairmount Memorial Park in Alliance, OH. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the DAVA  Alliance 50. Online condolences may be left for the family at www.stierisraelfuneralhome.com
