Mary Frances (Logston) Lee

"Together Again"

Mary Frances Lee, age 97, of North Canton, OH passed away Saturday, January 8, 2022. She was born in Chester, W. Va. on November 22, 1924 to the late Dana and Delta Logston. She co-owned a restaurant in Newell, W. Va. in the fifties and worked for several years at Mountaineer Race Track. Mary was well known for her sense of humor. She was an avid reader and amazing at crossword puzzles. Mary was a member of Peace United Methodist Church in Louisville. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

Besides her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her husband George Lee; three brothers and three sisters. She is survived by her son, Dennis (Dixie) Lee; two grandchildren, Kim (Ron) St. Clair and Eric (Kim) Lee; four great-granddaughters, one great-grandson and a great-great-granddaughter.

Mary Frances’s wishes were for cremation. Special thanks to the nursing staff at St. Luke’s in North Canton, OH for their exceptional care and compassion. A celebration of life event will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Peace United Methodist Church, 5520 Ravenna Ave., Louisville, Ohio 44641.
