Nancy "Joanne" Elliott

Nancy “Joanne” Elliott, loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, age 88, of Louisville, OH passed away Thursday, February 5, 2026. She was born May 17, 1937 in Lizemores, West Virginia to the late Phillip and Thelma Brown. She was a member of the Louisville Baptist Temple.

Joanne was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Charles Elliott in 2003; two brothers, Donald and Bud Brown. She is survived by three daughters, Diana (Mike) Samblanet, Bev (Mitch) Perod, Lisa (Gary) Bader; her son, Charles (Suzanne) Elliott Jr; a sister, Yvonne Spencer; five grandchildren, Jamie (Jesse) Strimple, Bradley (Jenna) Samblanet, Heather (Tyler) Vance, Kristen (Fiancé Emily) Bader, Kaitlyn Bader; six great-   grandchildren, Jadon and Addison Strimple, Liliana and Logan Samblanet, Zander and Zoey Vance.

Funeral services will be 11am Wednesday (2/11) at the Louisville Baptist Temple. The family will receive friends 10-11am Wednesday morning at the church. Joanne will be laid to rest, beside her husband, in Evergreen Memorial Garden, Louisville, OH. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Louisville Baptist Temple, 6565 Columbus Rd, Louisville, OH 44641.
