Susan Mary Tournoux

Susan Mary Tournoux, age 93, of Louisville, OH passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 30, 2025. She was born February 2, 1932 in Louisville, OH to the late Lawrence and Esther (Haidet) McKimm. Sue was a lifelong, active member of St. Louis Catholic Church and she worked for many years at Skyland Pines Swim and Tennis Club. Faith and family were the most important part of her life.

Sue was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Gene “Tony” Tournoux in 2019; two sisters, Joyce Rebillot and Patricia Haubert; three brothers, Gerald, Bernard and Gene McKimm. She is survived by three daughters, Kathy (Thaine) Boldon, Nancy (Jim) Kafun, Jane (Tom) Pukys; three sons, Mark, Gene (Joanne) and Pat (Tina) Tournoux; a sister, Nancy Perod; sister-in-law, Marilyn Tournoux; 21 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:30am Saturday morning at St. Louis Church in Louisville. Calling hours will be 9-10am Saturday morning at Stier-Israel Funeral Home in Louisville. Susan will be laid to rest, beside her husband, in St. Louis Parish Cemetery in Louisville. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Joseph Care Center (Employee Fund).
