Brian S. Horvath, age 38, of Louisville, OH (Mailing address: PO Box 446, Louisville, OH 44641) passed away Thursday, May 2, 2019. He was born June 20, 1980 in Alliance, OH. He attended Southgate School.

Brian is survived by his parents, George and Bonnie Horvath, Jr, his grandparents, George and Carolyn Horvath, Sr, two sisters, Kristen and Sarah Horvath, a brother, Josh Belhadj, two nieces, Destiny and Cora Smith.

A private family service will be held at Stier-Israel Funeral Home. Brian will be laid to rest in Union Cemetery, Louisville, OH.
