Wanda (Osburn) Spangler

Wanda Spangler, age 82, of Canton, OH passed away Tuesday, April 28, 2020. She was born August 8, 1937 in Webster Springs, West Virginia to the late Otis and Ina Osburn. She was a member of Maranatha Bible Church. Wanda loved Jesus and her grandchildren. She also enjoyed teaching both Sunday school and art classes.

Wanda was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Spangler, in 1999; two sisters, Alma Marko and Barbara Gahring. She is survived by her daughter, Holly (Andy) Rist; her son, James (Colleen) Spangler; a sister, Shirleen Ramsey; two brothers, Meredith (Carylon) Osburn and Gary (Kim) Osburn; 6 grandchildren, Abigail, Andrew, Noah, Carter, Caetlin and Lincoln.

A private family graveside service will be in Evergreen Memorial Garden, where she will be laid to rest beside her husband. A service to celebrate Wanda’s life is being planned for a future date.
